Provided Software

In particular, you are prohibited from passing on the software (for a fee or free of charge) or reverse-engineering the software code.
This also applies to software and services provided by us on our or third party servers. You may only use these for the purposes specified in our application (e.g. for inference with ML models). Attempting to find out information about metrics, models, software or the software stack that we do not explicitly provide is prohibited.
Provided Service
As part of our service, you will be asked for certain metrics (such as estimated server requests in a certain time period). You are obliged to answer these questions to the best of your ability. In particular, it is prohibited to provide false information in order to obtain a discounted offer. In this case, we reserve the right to subsequently demand the difference from you.
You agree to ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, information about your company, invoice and contact details.
Disclaimer
We are working hard on providing an accurate and reliable service. However, you should not use our services, if the safety or success of your application relies on a pre-defined latency or uptime. We do not accept any liability for losses (commercially or non-commercially) or third-party damages caused by a failure of our services or software to respond to requests in a timely manner. Even though we have an extremely high uptime, we cannot guarantee it for the future for all time.
